Leveraging these characteristics, the G303A has deeply penetrated mainstream categories such as robotic vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, cordless vacuum cleaners, and electric cleaning brushes, with the following core application scenarios:
(1) Robot vacuum cleaner: Safety protection and status detection
As the main force in whole-house cleaning, robotic vacuum cleaners require frequent movement, obstacle avoidance, recharging, and mopping. Given the complex working conditions and limited space, the G303A is primarily used for fall detection, collision avoidance triggering, dustbin/mop presence detection, and charging base contact detection.
Fall Detection: The G303A is installed at the bottom of the robot body. When the robot approaches areas with height differences such as stairs or steps, the switch triggers to disconnect, and the mainboard immediately controls the steering to avoid falling and damage. With an IP67 rating, it can withstand ground dust and water erosion.
Dust box/mop in-place detection: The dust box and mop modules are embedded with G303A at the connection position with the main body. When the modules are installed in place, the switch is closed, and the mainboard recognizes it as normal, allowing the cleaning program to start. If they are not installed or are loose, the switch is disconnected, and the device gives an alarm prompt to prevent garbage leakage or cleaning failure caused by missing installation.
Anti-collision buffer trigger: G303A is installed on the inner side of the fuselage anti-collision buffer strip. When there is a collision, the buffer strip squeezes the switch, quickly triggering obstacle avoidance steering. Its ultra-small size fits into narrow spaces with the buffer strip, and its high sensitivity ensures timely collision response.

(2) Floor scrubber: Water level/status control and safety protection
The floor scrubber combines dry and wet cleaning, with high humidity and plenty of water. Its core requirements are waterproofing and precise state control. The G303A is mainly used for in-place detection of clean water tank/wastewater tank, roller brush pressure detection, anti-dry burning protection, and handle button triggering.
Water tank in place and leak protection: G303A is installed at the interface between the clean water tank, sewage tank, and the machine body. When the water tank is installed in place, the switch is closed, and the device can start the water supply/suction function; if the water tank is not installed or leaks, the switch is disconnected, and the device stops and alarms to prevent sewage leakage from damaging the internal circuit. With IP67 protection, it can be directly exposed to water without damage.
Brush pressure and status detection: The connection between the brush assembly and the main body is embedded with G303A. When it is pressed against the ground, the switch is closed, and the mainboard controls the brush to rotate at high speed. When it is lifted, the switch is opened, the brush stops rotating, saving power and preventing damage from dry grinding. It is compatible with the high-frequency lifting and lowering actions of the scrubber.
Handle function triggering: The handle button of the floor scrubber adopts G303A as the trigger switch. Its compact size fits the lightweight design of the handle, and its long lifespan can withstand frequent pressing by users. Its waterproof performance resists the erosion of hand sweat and cleaning water stains, ensuring the button is sensitive and reliable.
(3) Wireless vacuum cleaner: dust accumulation/filter detection and power control
Wireless vacuum cleaners aim for portability, efficiency, and low malfunction rates. Their core applications include dustbin fullness detection, filter installation detection, power switch triggering, and suction nozzle status detection.
Dust box full detection: The dust box is equipped with G303A inside. When the dust accumulates to a set height, the squeeze switch is disconnected, and the mainboard triggers the dust full indicator light to remind the user to clean, avoiding dust blockage affecting suction power. The sealed design prevents fine dust from entering the switch interior, causing poor contact.
In-place detection of filter element: The connection between the filter element and the dust box is embedded with G303A. When the filter element is installed in place, the switch is closed and the device can be started; when it is not installed or loose, the switch is disconnected and the device cannot be started, preventing damage to the motor due to dust ingress caused by using a filter element without one.
Power Supply and Nozzle Trigger: The handle power switch utilizes G303A, which is compact, durable, and responsive to pressing. A switch is installed at the connection between the nozzle and the body. When the nozzle is securely in place, the switch is closed, activating the motor. This design accommodates multiple nozzle replacement scenarios for vacuum cleaners, enhancing user convenience.

(4) Other cleaning appliances: adaptable to multiple scenarios
In addition to mainstream categories, G303A is also widely used in electric cleaning brushes, steam cleaners, window cleaners, and other equipment: electric cleaning brush head installation detection, steam cleaner water tank water shortage protection, window cleaner adsorption state detection.
