Huizhou Unionwell Microcontrol Electronics Co., Ltd., along with its wholly-owned subsidiary Huizhou Guan Tai Electronics Co., Ltd., is a manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of micro switches, with over 30 years of industry experience. Established in 2007 and located in Longmen County, Guangdong Province, within the Pearl River Delta region, the company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" (SRDI) enterprise, and has been certified as a "Provincial-level Engineering Technology Research Center."

Currently, the company employs more than 600 people. It owns an industrial park covering an area of 54,000 square meters, with a planned total construction area of 120,000 square meters. The first phase, spanning 65,000 square meters, has been completed, including production facilities, warehouses, offices, employee dormitories, and recreational areas. The production process is 90% automated, equipped with fully automated assembly and testing devices, horizontal and vertical injection molding machines, stamping equipment, and various auxiliary production facilities. The annual production capacity of micro switches exceeds 400 million units.

The company's main products include various micro switches and their components, such as waterproof and dustproof automotive micro switches, household appliance micro switches, new energy vehicle charging/discharging micro switches, electronic lock switches, mechanical keyboard switches, automotive precision connectors, and various contact control modules and sensing control components.

These products are primarily used in automotive electronics, household appliances, new energy vehicle charging/discharging equipment, power tools, esports peripherals, and industrial automation control systems.

Industry experience

The company's R&D department consists of over 30 engineers, many of whom possess more than 20 years of industry experience. The founder has been deeply involved in the micro switch industry for over 30 years since 1993, establishing a strong R&D foundation for the company. Committed to independent innovation, the company now holds more than 200 patents, including over 60 invention patents and 2 global patents. It is equipped with a comprehensive laboratory, certified as a UL Witnessed Test Data Program (WTDP) lab, capable of conducting all necessary tests in the micro switch industry.

Additionally, the factory has fully implemented the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), while the R&D process adopts PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). Integrated with WMS (Warehouse Management System), SCM (Supply Chain Management System), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management), the company continuously enhances its digital capabilities, actively advancing data visualization and intelligent management to move toward smart manufacturing.

The company has obtained ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 certifications and ranks in the top 20% globally in EcoVadis assessments. A professional quality management team of over 40 members strictly enforces quality management system standards, fully utilizes quality control tools, and employs automated inspection equipment to test every single switch, ensuring product reliability. All products comply with RoHS and REACH environmental requirements, and major products have obtained UL, cUL, ENEC, CE, CQC, and ATEX safety certifications, selling successfully in global markets.
